  • Arrive at Bagdogra Airport (IXB), and proceed towards Phuentsholing.
  • Explore Phuentsholing, taste local food, or just relax in Bhutan’s charm.
  • Upon arrival at your hotel in Phuentsholing if time permits, we recommend to visit Zangtopelri Lhakhang, a serene temple located in the heart of town.
  • Overnight stay in Phuentsholing.
Pickup Time: Between 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM from Bagdogra Airport.
Places to visit: Kizom Cafe and Mountain Cafe to experience local Bhutanese or Indian cuisines.

INCLUSIONS

  • SDF (Sustainable Development Fee): Included — ₹1,200 per person, per night.
  • Tour Guide: Certified Bhutanese tour guide throughout the journey.
  • Accommodation: 1+1 N Phuentsholing, 2 N Thimphu, 2 N Paro. Double/Twin Bed.
  • Meals: Daily breakfast and dinner at all stay locations.
  • Complimentary SIM Card: With ₹100 talktime + 1GB data (per person).
  • Bagdogra Airport (IXB) pickup and drop: Innova / Tempo Traveller.
  • In-Bhutan Transport: Toyota Hiace or Coaster.
  • Driver Charges: Toll, taxes, parking, driver allowance — all covered.
  • Travel Water: 2 bottles (500 ml each) per person per day.
  • Taxes: Inclusive of 5% GST & 5% TCS.

Exclusions

  • Airfare or Train Fare – to and from Bagdogra (IXB).
  • Lunch & Beverages – any meals or drinks not mentioned in the inclusions.
  • Extra Vehicle Usage – any travel beyond the fixed itinerary.
  • Vehicle Timing – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Point-to-point sightseeing only (not on disposal basis).
  • Any activities, monuments entrance fee.
  • Optional Activities – such as hot stone baths, rafting, or bike rides (direct payment basis).
  • Entry Fees – to monasteries, museums, monuments, or parks.
  • Unscheduled Transfers – any transportation not listed in the itinerary.
  • Force Majeure Expenses – costs due to circumstances beyond control such as flight delays or cancellations, weather disruptions, accidents or medical emergencies, riots, strikes, or natural calamities (to be borne directly by the traveler).
  • Travel Insurance (Not Mandatory).
  • Anything not mentioned in the “What’s Included” section.

Payment Policy

  • Advance Payment: Minimum 30% of the total package cost at the time of booking.
  • • Final Payment: Remaining amount must be paid before trip commencement.
  • • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
  • • All bank/transfer charges are to be borne by the client.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be sent in writing (Email/WhatsApp).
  • The following charges will apply:
  • 30 days or more before travel: 10% cancellation fee.
  • 15-29 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee.
  • 7-14 days before travel: 75% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 7 days: 100% of package amount will be charged.
  • Flight tickets are non-refundable as per airline policies.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services like meals, sightseeing, accommodation,
  • transport, etc.

Important Notes

  • Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply.
  • Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned.
  • Final vouchers will be shared after full payment and booking confirmation.
  • Government taxes or entry rules may change without prior notice.

Documents Required

  • Adults (18+): Carry your original Voter ID (issued by a government office) or a valid Indian Passport with at least 6 months validity from your return date.
  • Children (Under 18): Carry a Passport or Birth Certificate. Ensure that all details written in English (not in any regional language).

Important Notes:

  • Aadhaar Card is not accepted for travel—neither for adults nor children.
  • E-Voter ID cards downloaded/printed versions are not valid for immigration. Only the original physical Voter ID received from the Election Commission is accepted.
  • Do not carry photocopies or printouts of your documents. Only the original Voter ID or Passport will be accepted at the border.

Health & Safety

Bhutan is a high-altitude region; travellers with medical conditions must consult a doctor beforetravel.• The agency shall not be held responsible for injuries, illness, accidents, or natural disasters.

Changes During Travel

Itinerary sequence may change due to weather, road closures, government regulations, orunforeseen events.• The agency reserves the right to modify or rearrange tours in the interest of client safety and serviceavailability.

Responsibility & Liability

The agency acts only as a coordinator between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport,guides).• The agency is not responsible for loss of property, delays, cancellations, or additional expensescaused by natural hazards, strikes, flight issues, or government restrictions.
